Meet The Board of Directors

The association is governed by an elected 5 member volunteer Board of Directors. The Directors run for re-election every year, and current Directors are allowed to run for consecutive terms. The MIG Board of Directors is committed to ensuring the safety and security of local businesses within their jurisdiction.

Bill Townsend

PRESIDENT​

Bill Townsend is the president of Magnolia Industrial Group and Vice President of INCO Company. He is also a local realtor and an at-large member of our board.

Mike Zupanovich​

TREAS/SECTY

Mike Zupanovich is MIG’s Treasurer/Secretary. He is the son of Jim Zupanovich and co-owner of Harbor Diesel and Equipment Inc.

Jim Zupanovich

Boardmember Emeritus

Jim Zupanovich is a founding member of the MIG board. He was instrumental in forming the business improvement district and currently holds the title of Board Member Emeritus.

 

Krystal Urzua

Boardmember

Krystal Urzua is a member of Goodwill and serves on the board on behalf of Goodwill Industries. She is a board member at MIG.

Cate Sanchez

Boardmember

Cate Sanchez works with GRG Management, and is the newest member of the MIG board.  She is wonderful new edition and brings with her an understanding of PBIDs.

Annie Greenfeld​

Annie Greenfeld has been working with MIG since 2006. She does a myriad of jobs for the MIG, including: creating the monthly newsletter, arranging for the security, checks over all the security reports, reports things to City of Long Beach, and arranges for all insurance, to mention only a few. There are many aspects of this position and she works closely with the property owners and tenants of MIG.
